I was contacted today (via my public Facebook page) by someone claiming to be a Swiss journalist. He asked if he may "get" a pencil sketch I did a few years ago for a cover. It sounds very prestigious, but he hasn't mentioned payment nor the name of the paper.
Should I ask for payment (as well as the name of the paper, of course)? What sort of amount might be the right level to request?
