My mum has an oil on canvas of flowers in a vase. It is signed Stemple. She wonders if anyone knows of this artist? Tried googling, found a similar one on ebay which said they thought theirs was 1920, 1930. Found another 2 on previous auction houses in America and Britain but had no details about them. Would be grateful for any info
