I see this sign RSS on the right hand side of a painting RSS feed THIS ARTIST, I know as I have said before to a few of you tat as for the Morden day language I am still in the 19th century. As so many of the shorthand written today does not mean a thing to me. I have only just found out what LOL means ( i think Lots of laughs???) to me it has always meant lots of love. until now.
so please can anyone explain this to me. then perhaps what you are all writing in the forum will make more sense to me

RSS is great if there's a subject you want to stay up to date with; a little notification icon will appear at the top of your browser window. However, I can't find the toolbar it appears in as part of Windoze 10's decidedly ordinary "Edge" browser (or google Chrome) so I wonder if anybody really bothers with it any more; things like iTunes, Youtube and Facebook have their own notification systems.

Thanks Syd for your reply. I am pleased to say we are both on the same wavelength. I did go to Wikipedia but it did't make any sense at all
so I think I might just forget I asked the question. and totally ignore whatever it is we are talking about!!!!.
