Hi some have trouble displaying their work the right way up if helps, find the picture file in its folder on your PC, RIGHT CLICK ON IT & then you get the option to rotate then view it
Perhaps uploading it the right way up would help 😉
There was another thread about this subject. Apparently you have to hold your iPad the right way up to start with. One up for the old scanner, methinks.
I am using my laptop and I have this problem. Any picture that is in portrait comes up as landscape (i.e. rotated) when uploaded to the site. Am I missing something? It's the right way up on my computer!
Thanks Sylvia, I did try that, but it didn't make any difference. Will try and experiment some more. It may be something to do with which way up I took the photo on my camera before uploading. I think it reverts to the info that was held on the camera rather than the rotation I did on the pc. So perhaps I shall try retaking some of the photos and see if that helps. :)
After rotating an image in iPhoto...remember to click "Done" to close the editing...its like saving the changes.
Hiya, I don't have iPhoto, I'm on a pc, and I use Microsoft paint to rotate and then save. It doesn't seem to make any difference when uploading to my gallery on here though, so will have to retake the photos in landscape I think, of those paintings I still have and then crop. Weird.
