Does anyone using Painters online post their work on the Redbubble UK site? In case you haven't heard of it - it's a brilliant idea. Basically you make yourself a webpage, then you upload top quality images of paintings or photographs etc. , so you've created an online shop. You decide the commission you would like for sales, what currency you wish to use (unlike saatchionline.com which is always in dollars), then Redbubble makes your work available as cards, prints, framed work, canvases etc. You never have to do any mailing or reproduction yourself (unlike Etsy). There's also a whole lot of really brilliant work on the site and a good community to give really helpful feedback and advice (just like Painters online!) See my page: http://www.redbubble.com/people/gardenview Only problem is that it is better known in the States and Canada than in the UK, but I don't think this should affect sales. I'm not sure. Has anyone had any success with it? I've lost count of the number of paintings I've sold at exhibitions here, and I do successfully sell greeeting cards to retailers, but I haven't yet sold anything online on Redbubble. I must admit the competition is fierce!!!!!!!!! All comments gratefully appreciated - I'd be interested to know what you think. :-D
