Having been cursed with a beginners set of water-based oils (Red Blue, Green, Cad Yellow & Yellow Ochre plus white) I've got into a pickle with not being able to mix the colours I want. Rather than go further down this cul-de-sac, could I paint over it with normal oil paint?
How long does waterbased oil paint take to dry? Ever?
