I've never yet had to pack and post a painting, all my buyers previously have collected from me or I've gone to them. However; I now have to send a 12" by 12" painting to the mainland, and being fairly impractical (actually, you could make that VERY impractical) I would be very grateful for any suggestions about the best means of packing and whether Parcel Force or another courier would provide the best means of getting it there safely.
