It has just taken me two days to repair my internet connection. I always despair when it fails because I know how long it will take to figure out how to repair it. For the full story please go to http://landscapeartblog.wordpress.com/2013/11/28/internet-connection-took-two-days-to-repair/
The general consistency and softness of pastels is not really changeable so you will have to buy a newer more soft pastels. You can use those hard pastels in conjunction with new softer ones to bring more effects. :-D
Is it not possible to put them in a box of uncooked rice? I know that cleans them . I have never known pastels dry .<div>Sorry if I am prattling I am trying to push off the spammers. </div>
put them in a cardboard box and bury them in the garden in a corner somewhere. do not erect a headstone or a cross . a simple brick will serve as a marker where not to plant bulbs. This will also work with acrylics and watercolours that have passed away.. Syd >:-(
