Where are my Blogs and my Suscriptions?

When I log in and want to have a look at my subscriptions (to 'The Artist' and 'Leasure Painter'), I have a message that there are no subscriptions in my account. I phoned and mailed several times to the lady who's telephone number was mentioned in the message and I got the answer that this was ok, she saw my subscriptions on her computer and I had to be patient a few days and everything would be rectified. Now : still nothing!!!! When I want to have a look at my Blogs: nothing there!!! Logging out and typing my name in the 'Search Painters Online'-box: I find some posted works (text but no photo's), some comments I made on other artist's works and one blog. I didn't click on this one blog yet to see if the other ones will appear. But I think it all should be in my account when I log in. I tried it just a moment ago (logging out and typing my name in the search box) and even the one blog was not there, it was just the 'Interview with an artist' I posted in the earlier POL-site.

My biggest whinge is that my blogs have all gone as well Mia . Six years worth. The gallery looks good and I am slowly finding my way around other stuff. You should certainly be able to retriwve your subscriptions.
