I was told a while ago that my Message Inbox was full, and I could not receive further messages until I made some deletions. Unfortunately, it was less than clear how I could delete anything.
Well, with a little help I've found the way. Up against our name is a cog-like device - top right of the screen. Click on this and you'll find your settings. Private messages can be deleted by checking the box against each one, and going down to the bottom of the page where's there's a long box with a drop-down menu, and a smaller box next to it marked 'Go'.
Select delete from the drop-down menu, and then click on Go for each page of messages - you can move them to a deleted items box, or just delete them completely - which is what I've done with mine.
So you can now send me PMs again, you lucky people!
