Sometimes, when I have left a comment on a posting, with maybe a question for the painter..eg; How did you do ......such and such...? I then forget to return there to see if my query/comment has been given a reply.
Sadly my ageing brain often forgets of whom I asked a question, and short of scrolling back laboriously through masses of postings it is gone into the ether to be lost for ever! Which is a pity because I find it more helpful to 'discuss' a work on site as it were, with the work in question enlarged in front of me. Some exchanges like this can be very productive for everyone visiting that posting.
Does anyone else find this, and might it be possible to be alerted to the fact of a reply (if there is one) via email ?
Having had the dreaded 'Greying Out' thankfully sorted, Ruth is getting greedy for more! Must be careful or I might find myself being thrown out for making a nuisance of myself!!?
