I use a huge art website called Wet Canvas. Less so than POL these days.
Some years back, the UK watercolour section organised a week away. One of the main players on the site, think he was or still is a moderator made all the arrangements and plans.
Would it be possible or even permissable for someone on POL, I would volunteer help, to do the same?
We did use at that time a wonderful big place in Charmouth, West Dorset. The rooms were good, a huge dining room and good kitchen. We all mucked in to a kitty and bought food and various couples/friends did the cooking for all that evening.
Would this work? here are the basic details: -
The centrally heated house sleeps up to 38 in 18 bedrooms. There are 15 bathrooms, 12 of which are ensuite and the 4 rooms in the (ground floor) Garden Wing share two private bathrooms and there is one House Bathroom
