Well I've persisted with the new site for a while in the faint hope that things would change but it is still appalling to use, we have also not solved the spammer problem. So regrettably I am going to call it a day, it's just too much like hard work. I use several other forums and this has to be the worst in terms of usability. Why not just get some off the shelf software like YABBS or similar. I might look in again in a couple of months to see if it's changed.
