Here we go again - 16 new posts from a new user, when the limit is supposed to be 4, and condemnation follows.... <div>
</div><div>I can well understand why: it's extremely annoying. However, the fact that it's happened so often before suggests either that some new users just don't read the guidelines; or that the guidelines just aren't obvious enough; or that some new posters simply aren't conversant with English, which is hardly their fault.</div><div>
</div><div>I can't help feeling that some physical limit, imposed by the site on new postings, would save a great deal of aggravation and ill-will; I hope the new website, which is coming, will do that - it would save much loss of temper, and embarrassment, if it did. </div>
