This puzzles me too. Does anyone actually have a bronze, silver or gold? I've just had a quick look and can't see anyone, not even stalwarts like Sylvia and Robert.

I have NO idea what these things mean, and I suspect they're a feature of the website which the doughty Dawn just doesn't feel any pressing need to employ; presumably they need to be activated, and it looks as though they haven't been.
