I am wondering how people feel about gallery comments. The vast majority of them are very complimentary and very few offer constructive criticism, even although some people do invite it. This may well be that all the work commented on is very good and needs no improvement or it may be that people shy away from making suggestions for improving a piece of work for fear of offending. It may be that people feel that it is not their place to offer such advice.
How does everyone feel about this - would you like more critical imput for your work or are you happy with the way the comments are generally phrased?
