Wow, there are so many paintings coming through every day that it's hard to keep up? You no sooner upload your painting than within a few hours or less it's on the 2nd page and then progresses faster to page 10, and then no one see it. I have been AWOL for a bit, so still catching up.
With Sarah, Phil, Ellen, Rose the dentist, and the granddaughter whose name I forget.

Some move a little fast - possibly too fast for their own good, since on today's front page there are three spelling mistakes: not that artists are necessarily renowned for their spelling skills, but still: a bit more thought chaps? It's not THAT hard to spell leopard .... couldn't wait, could you? Tsk. See me.

One a week? Workaholic! I've hit a really unproductive patch - partly to do with meetings, sleeping badly, all the usual aches and pains... But my current work rate is nearer one every 3 weeks. At least it spares the Gallery page the added pressure of my output, I suppose. I've filled the time with bottling my sun-thickened Linseed oil, which has now turned to the consistency of honey - I look forward to using it, when I can think what the devil to paint... Is it helpful to take a break now and then, reassess, regather one's strength .....? Possibly: but you'd rather do it by choice than necessity.

That's strange! When I log into the site I get a string of images on the front page entitled 'Latest from the Gallery'. These change only slowly and infrequently and I had therefore assumed that little was being posted on the website gallery. Having clicked on the 'gallery' button I now know this was wrong! Haven't posted any paintings in the gallery since the website changed but hopefully will get round to it sometime...it's just the hassle of figuring out how to do it, I can always find something else to do.
