avril boella (4/17/2015)Hi Avril, there's a snag to 'following' artists. I initially put a 'follow' on all my favourite artists and thought - great - I won't miss any of their postings. Now either all the artists I decided to follow are more prolific than others (I think not actually), but I was getting email alerts to a new posting about every 5 minutes!! They were coming through on my iPhone and iPad, with the usual sound alert, and quite frankly after one day of it, it was driving me crazy. It's a great idea if you are only using a computer or laptop, which don't have audible alerts on them, but if you are using a mobile device which alerts you to an incoming email with a sound, it is less of a great idea. I decided to 'unfollow' and just check the gallery on a regular basis - much quieter and much less annoying.
There's a section on MyArt page called "Artists I follow". There's nothing in mine and I like to add all the people I follow .... but HOW ?
