I recently bought a nexus 7 tablet, I know David Hockney uses an iPad but I just can't afford one of those.. Some of the apps I can get are good though, I get a daily - art message (today was millet) with information about the artist and the work.
I also have a sketch book app but at the moment I'm struggling to use it and think it could be due to the screen size and the stubby pen that you use for the touch screen.
All in all though I think the amount of art apps is pretty good and I would be interested to know if anybody else uses this kind of thing for more considered pieces of work? (Mine are all just doodles at the minute) and what apps they may have found useful?
