Definitely art Josephine! Our art group leader only recently suggested I get rid of an area of “muddy rubbish “ in one of my paintings. Fortunately it amused rather than annoyed me but not helpful.  This reminds me of art teachers in school who notoriously have criticised children’s work and put them off for years. People should be more thoughtful when criticising. Incidentally if you watch Sky Arts landscape artist of the year, it is quite common to see competitors using embroidery etc. Get yours framed and get it on the gallery as suggested!

Definitely art and it's a very beautiful piece of work. It would be nice to see more of it in the gallery.
