This is an interesting young man: he has researched his topic rather than taking others' words as gospel, and in particular debunks the idea that all the old masters always constructed their paintings by glazing over a "dead layer". So much twaddle is written about oil painting, so many myths implicitly believed, that it's a gust of fresh air when someone posts a film like this.
And he'll tell you just about all you need to know about glazing in oil, as well.
