Hi Guys, I am looking to get some advice on the best way to get prints from my original paintings. I would like to have a limited number of prints made for each of my paintings, but I am unsure as to the what type, cost, company to use, price etc... Can anyone offer any advice? Perhaps some of you have had this done and could point me in the right direction. Any advice would be welcome.
We provide high quality giclee prints to other artists for this same reason. We only use the best quality paper and pigment inks in our high tech studio. All of the information and pricing can be found on our website Art Doodles. If you need any more advice please get in touch. James www.artdoodles.co.uk
Don't think you've been ignored - I don't think I'm going to pursue my original plan and get a few Christmas cards done, because I'm running out of time: but in the new year I have plans to produce a few cards, and have bookmarked your site.
You have a point there ..... yus. I think I shall just print off a small batch using my own inkjet printer; producing Christmas cards in any bulk is only useful if you're planning on selling them; and then you'd really need a variety. Producing prints of my work for sale at prices lower than the originals though - that's something I'm planning on investigating further in the new year, and something I'd have done before if I hadn't run out of money: speculating to accumulate may be a sound plan, but you still need the resources to speculate with in the first place. I'm panicking incidentally, because I can't think what on earth to draw for this year's Chrimble card..... inspiration just isn't flowing at all... Perhaps a portrait of Erebus, simpering festively at us.....?
