OK, perhaps not an every day thing to do but I want to paint on to (probably) brass (for a clock face) but I'm not sure if Oil will work on it and last for a long time - has anyone tried this before or know if it works / what primers I'll need on it? Or do I need a different painting medium.
I also presume will need traditional oil paints here rather than water mixable oils.
