if I were starting out in oil painting
what would the fewest paints needed in my palette
and what colours would you suggest I buy...and say.
if I decided to do portraits ,,should I buy the pink skin colour paint .
is it advisable to buy a drying oil .,and buy a few best quality paints ..rather than more of the cheapest .
would the results be any different .do you like water based oils >are there oils to be aware of buying .?cheers .Alan
