Has anyone any views or how Holbein Duo Aqua Water soluble oils compare with W&N Artisan ?
I've been using Artisan for a while, but wonder if "upgrading" to the Holbein range would be more like using traditional oils.
How long have the Holbeins been available ? When water soluble oils are mentioned in the UK it nearly always seem to be Artisan - why ?
A piece-of-string question, if the Holbeins are less popular, are they likely to continue to be produced for years to come ? There's enough to go wrong/learn with oil painting, that I'd rather not change brands/types only to find they get discontinued.
Any views, please ?
