Did I blink and miss April? Can't believe how fast this year seems to be going! Loved seeing all the poetry and paintings over the last few weeks. As today is my last working day for April, here is a new challenge for May: Take one everyday item from your home and sketch or paint it in as many mediums, styles and/or places as you can to see just how different you can make one object appear.

I can’t believe, either, how quickly the months are flying by at the moment!  We did have a similar forum challenge a few years ago, and I did this one for it, but have reworked it quite a bit since - my favourite mug painted in watercolour, pastel, collage, pencil, Inktense pencil and monochrome.
