<title></title><p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm">Hi DavidG, thanks for the link, “Painting the Loneliness” is a very evocative painting,similar in concept, though vastly different in technique, to Vincent's “All night cafe”. Both I think are intended to portray in their own way the desolation of lost souls, why else would they be in an all night cafe? It will be interesting to hear the radio4 take on the painting, though as yet I have not had time to listen, must try harder as I was frequently told all those many years ago at school.
