Deja vu indeed Syd. The trouble with new members joining the forum is that they don't see earlier postings and so the subjects will be revived again and again and again....... Ruth - not sure about the bonfire but the vintage red sounds a great idea!

Sorry Margaret, my comment must have seemed like a criticism! I was just explaining to Syd why we sometimes talk about topics that have appeared in the past. New members have no way of knowing what has been said before. I haven't been a member for that long either, and don't remember this subject being discussed. It's all good fun!

You are so right, Syd. No matter how long we have been painting we still learn, and they do say one in every ten will be a good one, I'm apt to agree there, where I'm concerned. Disappointing and very frustrating. But don't we just love it when things go right, and that's what keeps us at it.
