Hi everyone, I am new to this forum and wanted to know something from more experienced people. I joined my local art club last year after not doing any art for a long time. I always used pencils and wanted to try watercolour, I am worse than hopeless at it, I enjoyed a course at my club but can't get the hang of it. I feel so much more comfortable with a pencil in my hand or pastels which I recently discovered (actually I love pastels). Do other people feel like I do? I love watercolour paintings but I feel I should just leave alone and use a medium I am better with or should I persevere and maybe get better with time?
Can you get better with time?
