Donna, I had a problem receiving comment notification emails a few months ago, even though up until then I had no problems with this facility. I checked that the tick box in my profile account was ticked but still no joy. I contacted Dawn and gave her a new email address to use for painters on line and it worked. Something to do with a change to the POL web system etc.
Worth a try.
