A thought, what is the value of actually copying another artists work??? Is it to gain insite into the work methods, of some famous artist? is it to slavishly reproduce someone else's inspiration.I like to think that I learn by looking, not by copying. Art and inspiration for me, comes from somewhere deep inside myself ,and a reaction to that feeling. I try out my own methods of portrayng what I feel. Sometimes it works , often, it just does not work . But the result is all mine and truly mine.
