Titles under artwork

All I can see of my personal galley is the editing page. Don’t see my galleries at all only the editing pages.  Tried contacting POL many times but no response unfortunately. Also notice when you comment someones gallery comments enter at the top . Other times the comment enters at the bottom of the page. Also information about the painting can appear at the top right hand side of the page or at the bottom of the comments.

I haven't received any emails from you or I would certainly have answered! Your images are definitely appearing in the gallery rather than just the editing page and can be seen here https://www.painters-online.co.uk/artists/picturethis/ I am not sure about the comments - all the copy you enter when uploading shows on the right of the image and all comments feature below. If you comment on your own work then it shows in a coloured block to identify you as being the artist concerned. There is a word count on what you write about each painting now to ensure that the pages stay looking uniform throughout. Hoe this helps, Dawn

Thank you for the explanation Dawn. Everything seems to work fine. But as I say I only see the edit page when I log in. I followed the thread you gave me and yes there is my page as it should be . But as I say I do not see that when I log in. My emails have obviously not been reaching you. I do not normally have a problem with email on this site or anywhere else. Thank you for your reply.

No problem John. I think some emails may go to the head office, so that could be the problem. When anyone logs in they go straight to their account and from there My Art will show the edit pages for your artworks. You need to search for your name in the gallery to find your work as it appears to everyone. Dawn
