I have done quite a lot of commissions based on my natural way of working. I have had some strange requests and challenges and just recently completed a painting for someone who is retiring to Madeira, who likes postboxes, and wanted birds of paradise flowers in the painting. I nearly always do watercolours, and our communication is always by email or online so we can send photos back and forth. Also watercolours are easy to post. I have recently done a couple of framed pictures by ordering the frame online to the exact size, and use the same packaging to send on the painting once it is done.
