A long time ago I have had to abandon working with my easel due to bad back.
I work on a worktop with my canvas etc... raised at a slight angle and so I can sit comfortably when I work.
My problem was seeing my work properly when the canvas was too high.
Today I have purchased a stool that I can adapt to the height required.
It is perfect since I can go up and down with the work.
(Do not need to go the fair ground anymore !) :-D
