Just to let you know, there is a programme on BBC2 at 5.15 til 6pm every night called Show me the Monet!. It is about showcasing amateur artists and their work. They submit their work and if chosen, go before the hanging committee and if they get 2 or more yes's then they get to hang their work at an exhibition . Buyers then put offers in to buy their work. It is held under the auspices of The Royal College of Art. It is good to see amateurs getting the chance to exhibit their work where they normally wouldn't.
