I was prompted to this by Jack's adventures with his indian ink. I recently bought a few things at Hobbycraft and put the bag in the car boot. A couple of days later when I emptied the bag a large tube of acrylic paint was missing. As I had the receipt I phoned the store, assuming it had been left on the counter, but they refused to replace it. I have spent quite a lot in the store over the last few months and only use it because there is parking outside and a large stock of materials. Although it is like a supermarket the prices are no cheaper than other art shops, and the assistants have no knowledge of the stock they are selling. Anyone with experiences good or bad?
Uploaded two today, without any problems. Sorry, can't suggest anything to help!
There are usually two reasons for problems with uploading; one is that the file size is too big - I forget what the limit is, but it's around 1MB; and the other one is the title you've given the jpg - if it contains a comma, or other punctuation mark (eg, Uncle Fred, going bowling) it won't load. Just change the title to something simpler without punctuation marks - eg Uncle Fred. Bearing that in mind, have another go. And if it still won't upload - Gawd knows what the problem is!
