This picture has come up on Ebay, painted by Peter Smith in 1961 (or even 1861). As I was five at the time I have a feeling it's not one of mine!  The artist was clearly talented but I haven't been able to find out anything about him. Can anyone help fill in the blanks? If I do a Google search it just brings up my own website.

That does look like him but it's not giving any bio details. They seem to be selling originals as well. He certainly knew his horses.
