Hi all, I'm thinking of entering Patchings next year but I have a problem - I'm not sure which catagory I should enter?
The choices are as follows:
* The Artist for professionals, semi-professionals, art students, art tutors and experienced amateur painters.
* Leisure Painter for beginners, hobby painters and inexperienced amateur painters
The question is for anyone who has seen my work this year on the site and is not intended to encourage praise or otherwise - it is a genuine request for help - at present I am thinking of "experienced amateur painter" but wonder, as I have only been painting a year whether I should lower my sights to "amateur painter" - I certainly don't consider myself a "Hobby painter" or "Beginner" although I suppose I am in some eyes.
I'm sure this choice will have a great impact on the outcome so please help!
P.S. If any of the P.O. team read this - your help would be appreciated too!
