I`ve just done one of the Soane Museum art workshops, which entailed drawing and painting on the Embankment in London.
The tutor was brilliant, and it was a small group - but what I felt was that working out in the open like that with people walking past, was a real boost to the confidence. A few people stopped and chatted, and one guy showed me his worked. It was a lovely experience.
Have others found it a positive experience? I must admit I`ve tended to work outdoors in fairly unpopulated areas previously, but now will spread my wings a bit.
