Took my wife to the airport this morning to join a group of pals skiing in Tignes and very dischuffed I can't go due to physical diffuculties.
Have a week to myself and today starts in fine style with the final of the Masters snooker live on telly so I am wrapped up with that all day.
Meals sorted.
Ideal catching the intervals to pop upstairs and look in the Forum and see what's going on. Will review the gallery later.

I watched it too. In my mispent youth Iplayed a lot of snooker but was never very good at it. When isee some shots on TV I can often predict that they wont pot the ball, as when Osullivan tried the roll along the cushion shots ,always difficult,. Isay to the TV ."its not gonna go " or "thats not where you wanted the white to go. " my wife watches with me and thinks (rightly) that i am quite mad.! Syd

I have met Jimmy White and practiced (long time ago) with one of his pals in Southampton, played Reardon at a club exhibition night when they picked the top 10 in the club, Should have played Alec on another night and he stormed out in a bad temper and we with held his fees, just after he got married, and played 1st div in Southampton - can't stop shaking now.
There was an I Player film about the Hurricane last night and it was ruined for me by the poor sound recording
