Not terribly thrilling subject but just something I was pondering on a wet Sunday in Kent.
When you see the dimensions of a piece of work I presume this is the size of the support.
But sometimes it does not fit beautifully on the paper and there maybe some surplus. So then the dimensions are not the size of the support.
Is it all to do with framing?
