I don't know, but I suspect it may have been the work of Haidee Jo Summers; Down at the Allotment sounds familiar. You could do much worse than take a look, anyway, even if that wasn't the artist you had in mind (try several variations on that name, ie try it with a dash or two: my memory for anything unusual is treacherous).
