Can anyone tell me why, with the new year, I can't log in to PoL? Can't be connected, surely, but it is the first time I've tried to log in this year. But you're logged in now you say, and yes I am; on my laptop. On my iPad however, the same log in details are rejected. I have it set to auto-log in as there are no financial dealings here and I have also tried entering the details anew with the same result.

John, It works fine on both my iPad and my PC. Having said that I have had problems with POL on my PC a few weeks ago. I was only able to access the site via VPN. It´s back to normal now. However pages take a long while to load. It may have something to do with the high resolution pictures people upload to the gallery. Strange things happen in the digital world.

Sorry, don't know, though I've had similar problems in the past with Facebook. One possibility might be an update of some sort upsetting it? Also, do you use the same wi-fi for both? If there was a hiccup in the wi-fi coverage, it might have upset it?

If the problem continues, contact Dawn Farley, who will have a word with the technical support - I don't use an Ipad, so can't help. I have no trouble logging in with my desktop pc, and my password is saved on Google Chrome too; so presumably the issue lies with the Ipad, which I appreciate is about as much help as a rubber ladder.
