I`ve been doing a lot of commissions lately.
One lady isn`t satisfied with `expression` on the face of a dog. So I`ve said ` no problem`. I have already spent so much time on it I don`t want to keep faffing with it (long story, difficult client).
It was her photo. Can I sell the work? It`s a loose watercolour but recognisable as taken from the original photo.
I obviously had her permission to use the photo.
I know rights to the work are mine.
Anyone know the legal position on me selling it to someone else?
