We had a Lamb shank for Sunday dinner, it was delicious. I have noticed on the various cooking programmes that shanks are served up, one to each diner. I don't know where they put them, are we making a virtue of gluttony in this country? We had one shank, it has done the missus and me last night's diner and tonight's.Perhaps this will stir something up, has everyone died, no post since the 25th.bestMick
