Hi, does anyone feel the same way as me as to the total lack of art programes on TV [ not sky ] Would it not be nice to see a art progr- of some of the old masters and the work of artist,s that have recently passed away also present day artist,s and also up and coming new artist,s. Also compotion,s for artist,s to help encourage and promote their work, tip,s each week on various medeium,s, euipment and so on. Maybe a gallery at the end of each progr- showing veiwer,s own work, celebrety artist,s coming on say every month to give advice, encourage younger audiuance to get them off the street,s and doing something worth while! I think there is a wealth of mateireal to make something into an all round general showcase for art whatever the taste,s. They seem to throw so much money into sport, soap,s,singing dancing,cooking and so on but very little for art. Could we not get the magazines to all work together with the TV to push an idea to the forfront? What are your veiws? Harry.
