Excellent service, I ordered some stuff from them, it came in two lots, Saturday and Monday just gone, I ordered last Wednesday. Unfortunately they sent one incorrect item, wrong colour pastel though I've seen a use for it and decided to keep it. However, I'm still short of the original order, I've told them and I've just got the email saying the correct pastel is on it's way, apologies, please keep the incorrect one.
