The Tate Debate on thursday was "is selling art, selling out"..Should we be a "starving artist" painting tirelessly for days without food, water or company only to emerge into the light,only once our work is complete..Or be a "promotional polymath" who produces work and sells it in what appears an effortless symbiosis..I know which one I'd rather be. :-)
