Because we have an Eriba caravan and a member of the Camping and Caravan Club (nothing to do with the current hilarious TV Carry on Camping programme) I wrote to them about my paintings of the quirky caravans I have done. It ended up with one of their star hacks interviewing me at my home and was published last week.
Here it is, I hope you can read it as it's a photo from the magazine page.

Thanks Margaret, Anth and Sylvia. As matter of background this was how it turned out, quite novel in a way:-
We were on grand daughter duties as it was school holidays and love having Maddy the nine year old waterbaby she is.
“Wow! Look at that car,” she exclaimed, at the front window on duties at my instructions to look out for a lady driving slowly looking for our Eriba Puck L. I had earlier seen a very elegant mature lady in a smart two tone Mini Cooper drive past.
We had received a phone call from Sheila to say she was delayed with traffic on the A34 (so whats new on a Friday afternoon?) travelling from Coventry.
I had heard the car go past and then Maddy shouted “It's turned round and coming into the drive Grampy.” It was small but not a Mini.
This tall, helmeted, booted, biker type blonde clambered out of a bright blue, open topped, 3 wheel 2cv kit car not leaving Shaky her seatbelted, three legged rescue dog behind. She removed the SatNav that had brought her to our modest door on her way to visit the Photography group of the C&CC at Roundhills in the New Forest. A tent, dog biscuits and presumably her makeup were somehow secreted in what looked a modest space.
