This painitng was purchased by my friend as a gift to me. What do you think of the painting? Is it like the Van Gogh artwork? I am a new one in the forum, I don't know if it is right to ask a question about this. Thank you for your understanding!

It's a copy - I've seen worse, but of course it isn't like the van Gogh artwork, if only because he didn't paint it; all painters have brushwork which gives them a signature in the paint, which is how unsigned paintings can sometimes be identified.
Now - we've seen this painting, this copy, rather, several times now: on the Gallery, and on the Forum. If you really were given this as a gift, well then hang it up, or hide it and bring it out only when you know the person who gave it to you is due to visit. If on the other hand you're trying to lead us back to the Fujian art factory, or other establishment, then please don't.
